The walls and roofs of the steel structure workshop are made of sandwich panel or color steel sheet, and the purlin is made of C-section or Z-section steel. As for the door, it can be a rolled up door or a sliding door.
Project Process:
First, the client provides the necessary information of the project such as the size of the warehouse, its use, and the desired construction schedule. Based on this information, we will offer different design solutions and analyze, evaluate and advise on choosing the most optimal solution for the client.
When the client accepts the construction quote, the two sides will begin to discuss more closely about the construction process. The two sides discuss and agree on the terms and construction process and then come to the conclusion of the contract.
With the proposed plan accepted by the client, we proceeds to complete the technical drawing for the project. This is a drawing directly related to the processing and erection as well as detailing the technical structure of the entire project.
During the producing process, we strictly adheres to the technical requirements on the drawings to ensure the highest accuracy. The quality control stage at the factory is also strictly performed by us to ensure that there are no defects affecting the quality and progress of the work.
Steel structures, after being processed at our factory, will be transported to the construction site for the complete erection stag.
